It saddens me that I hear people, a lot of young people, claim that they can’t do something. It saddens me when I hear parents yell at children for yelling back at them, while the whole time they have been alive, that is the way their parents have spoken to them.
When speaking with a lot of the youth these days I find that most of them fall into the other category, that they were yelled at instead of spoken to, that they really don’t want to try to accomplish anything because they really don’t feel they can do it. When explaining to most of these individuals that they can achieve anything, that they have the ability to do, most always answer me with “I wish I had someone like you to believe in me all the time." Well, I do believe in you all.
I believe that each of us holds our own special key to the universe, with this key we can open up all the power to help us reach our goals. You never need to prove to people you can do something, you never need them to be behind you, and all you need is your ability to believe in yourself. Once you have that ability you shall see how many other people start noticing and praising you for what you are doing.
