Centennial Puzzle Competition Promises Brain-Teasing Challenges

WARMINSTER, PA —Puzzle lovers rejoice.

The Centennial Education Foundation will hold its Centennial Puzzle Competition from Noon to 3 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 26, in the William Tennent High School cafeteria. Doors open for registration at 11:30 a.m.

The event promises to be "an exhilarating day of brain-teasing challenges, fun, and community engagement," attracting puzzle enthusiasts of all ages and skill levels, organizers said.

There will be gift cards and trophies awarded to the Top 3 finishing teams.

"We're excited to bring together puzzle lovers from all walks of life," said Jennifer Schultz, executive director of the foundation. "This competition not only celebrates the joy of puzzles but also fosters a sense of community among participants. Whether you’re a seasoned puzzler or just starting, we invite you to join us for a day of fun and friendly competition."

The competition will feature teams of three-to-four members racing to finish a 500-piece Ravensburger puzzle.

Participants will have the opportunity to compete for exciting prizes including gift cards and trophies.

Additionally, there will be themed raffle baskets, a 50/50, a puzzle swap and refreshments will be
available from the snack bar.

“We’re excited to bring a family-friendly competition to our community. We have always appreciated the commitment from our board to further our message and raise funds for our students,” CEF Board President Max Weintraub said.

The Centennial Puzzle Competition is a fundraiser that supports the mission of CEF to raise funds for grants that benefit the students of the Centennial School District.

The Centennial School District is made up of Davis Elementary, McDonald Elementary, Willow Dale Elementary, Log College Middle School, Klinger Middle School, and William Tennent High School. It serves over 5,000 students.
