Centennial School District Addressing School Bus Transportation

WARMINSTER TOWNSHIP, PA — The Centennial School District is trying to smooth out previous rough roads when it comes to its school bus transportation system.

On Tuesday, the Centennial School District Transportation team gathered to make sure it will be smooth sailing for students arriving and departing from school each day.

School officials said the team this summer has reviewed safety expectations and welcomed new hires to the transportation department.

The transportation department has focused on optimizing routes, prepping the school bus fleet, and aligning on core protocols, expectations, and best practices for student safety

"We are getting fully prepped to hit the roads with confidence on day one," school officials said. "A huge thank you to our dedicated bus drivers, aides, and staff for being the smiling faces that start and end our students' school days. We appreciate all you do to keep our kids safe."
