Court Date Set For Warminster Home Health Aide Accused Of Stealing From Elderly Client
Lisa Ann Lehmann-Waters stole more than $56,000 from an elderly client, authorities allege.
A Warminster home health care provider who has been arrested for stealing from a client will have a court appearance next month.
Lisa Ann Lehmann-Waters, a home health caregiver for the elderly, used a 78-year-old client’s credit card without authorization and over billed for services, according to Warminster Township Police. She was arrested Dec. 20.
Her preliminary hearing is scheduled for Feb. 9.

Authorities say Lehmann-Waters was employed to provide care for the victim between March 2015 and April 2016. During that time, she made 62 unauthorized withdrawals from the victim’s ATM account and over billed for her services for a total of $56,058, police said.
Lehmann-Waters was charged with Theft by Deception, Receiving Stolen Property, Unlawful Use of Computer, Access Device Fraud, ID Fraud and Deceptive Business Practices.
