Crash Causes Hundreds In Warminster To Lose Power
Nearly 1,500 people in Warminster were without power Wednesday after a crash took out power lines, officials said. Fires were reported.

Nearly 1,500 people in Warminster were without power Wednesday after a traffic crash took out power lines, officials said.
"Emergency personnel continue to respond to a power surge caused by a traffic accident that took out power lines," Warminster Township Manager Gregg Schuster said in an announcement on Facebook around 10:15 p.m. "Multiple dwellings are impacted. Fires and electrical issues have been reported."
Schuster said PECO is on the scene working to make the area safe and restore power.

According to authorities, the single car accident was reported at County Line and Maple Ave. No word on any injuries associated with the crash.
The crash left some in nearby Warwick Township without power as well.
