LOWER SOUTHAMPTON TOWNSHIP, PA â The Lower Southampton Police Department is warning residents about a curb-painting scam.
Lower Southampton Township Police said they have received multiple alerts of a company called Neighborhood Sign Painting Service placing fliers on mailboxes in the Sweet Water Farm section of Feasterville.
The curb-painting scam involves people residents didn't hire showing up, painting a house number on the curb, and then demanding payment.
