DART Starts New Service In Warminster
State Rep. Brian Munroe hailed the expansion of the Bucks County transportation system during DART's 25th Anniversary event.
WARMINSTER TOWNSHIP, PA — The DART East Line is now open.
State Rep. Brian Munroe last week attended DART's 25th Anniversary event in Warrington, in which the grand opening of the new transit line expansion into Warminster was officially launched.
"As many of you know, I have been advocating for an expansion of the Doylestown Area Regional Transit since I was sworn in; and to see the fruition of years of advocacy was surreal," said Munroe, whose office is based on Street Road in Warminster.

Besides Warminster, the DART program, which started in 2010, provides public transportation to business and government centers in Doylestown Borough, the Route 611 corridor in Warrington, and westward to New Britain and Chalfont along Route 202.
The shuttle service costs $1 and is free for senior citizens over the age of 65.

State Rep. Brian Munroe represents Pennsylvania's 144th House District, which includes Warminster Township and Warrington Township.
