LOWER BUCKS COUNTY, PA —Two people died this past week —one from a car crash and the other from a falling tree limb in last Saturday's storm.

Meanwhile, three students suffered minor injuries in a school bus crash and a man went on retrial for a double homicide more than a decade ago.
