Doylestown Man Sought After Stolen Delco Ambulance Turns Up In Warminster: Report

The ambulance was found in Warminster the morning of Saturday Nov. 12.

A Doylestown man has a warrant out for his arrest in connection with a stolen ambulance from a Delaware County fire company that was found in Warminster, according to the Delaware County Daily Times.

The Times reports 22-year-old Anthony James Lima of Doylestown is the suspect accused of stealing the Woodlyn Fire Company ambulance. Lima, according to the times, is a former member of the Woodlyn Fire Company.

The ambulance was stolen from outside the fire company at about 7:45 p.m. Friday, Nov. 11 and recovered in the morning on Saturday, Nov. 12 in Warminster.

The Times reports Lima was denied a position with fire company earlier this year after officials discovered he had an active warrant for stealing a vehicle.
