Eastern PA's Best Middle Schools Ranked In New Analysis

EASTERN PENNSYLVANIA — Masterman Julia R Sec School in Philadelphia has been ranked as the best public middle school in eastern Pennsylvania, according to a new ranking from U.S. News & World Report.
