Enter Your Prize Veggies In Warminster Contest

WARMINSTER, PA — Think your garden is producing some award-winning veggies this summer? Come on down to the township's recreation department and prove it!

From now until Sept. 21, Warminster's parks and recreation department is hosting the Incredible Edible Veggie Challenge.

If you have a ripe tomato, cucumber, zucchini, eggplant or squash that you're particularly proud of, you can bring it to the rec department, at Warminster Community Park, to have it weighed and recorded.

The department is located at 1100 Veterans Way in Warminster.

At the end of the summer, a prize will be awarded to the largest and/or heaviest veggie in each category. You may enter as many times as you wish.
