In this session, Auctioneer, Personal Property Appraiser, and Home Downsizing Consultant, Michael Ivankovich, will try to help you understand “What do you have?”… ”What’s it worth?”…and “Where’s the best place to sell it?” He’ll cover such topics as:
• Antique, Collectible, Used or Contemporary
• 20 different types of “Value”
• 10 ways to sell or dispose of your excess personal property
• The pros & cons of Private Sale vs. Public Auction
• Selling on eBay and the Internet and much, much more.
