Dim sum is Cantonese for "heart's delight" and encompasses a variety of small, mouth-watering dishes. Have fun learning how to make a variety of wontons (American, Shang Hai and Hong Kong), and dumplings as well as shu mai. Chef Joseph Poon will amaze students with facts about the secrets of Asian vegetables and the health benefits of these ingredients. Children under 16 must have a registered parent with them in the class.
