My son Nick is hosting this event. He choose event planning and fund raising for his graduation project. This benefits supports Relay for Life. Proceeds go to Julia's Campers. Julia was diagnosed with Wilms Tumor when she was just 4 years old. She was been bravely battling Wilmar's for three years and just finished up her treatments. Julia is now 7 years old and her parents surprised her with a trip to Disney. She got to meet her favorite princess Rapunzel. Her mother said she stood "star struck" and Rapunzel bent down and was asking her about her Celebration pin she was wearing. The brave little Julia proudly told Rapunzel she was celebrating "No More Cancer". Julia stood getting Rapunzel's autograph and matter of factly added that her hair was starting to grow back and would soon be long just like hers. Her parents added It was a magic moment. Not because of Disney, but because of our princess-her strength ,her spirit and her joy of life. She continues to remind us how to live. She is amazing.
