"Elder Law" is the legal practice of counseling and advising older adults and their representatives about the legal aspects of health and long-term care planning, public benefits and surrogate decision-making, giving due consideration to the applicable tax consequences of the action, or the need for more sophisticated tax expertise. 

Mr. Newman will discuss what options are available for seniors in need of long term care and what sources of payment are available for each of these options.  In addition, Mr. Newman will discuss planning techniques that are available to protect assets from the exorbitant costs of long term care.  Are you a senior and in need of a little direction?  Join Richard L.
