My Sweet Valentine

How sweet is this? Sign up your kids so they can make chocolate-dipped strawberries and ice an Ultimate Chocolate cake to take home to their Valentines. To finish off the class we’ll learn about pairing our cake with a delicious blackberry sauce (coulis) and vanilla ice cream. Of course tasting all three is on the lesson plan!
