Knitting for Beginners

Back by popular demand, this old-fashioned skill is all the rage.  Learn the basics of knitting stitches – getting started, casting on/off, knit, purl, cable, etc.  The first evening is dedicated to learning the stitches and the second evening will help deal with problems, correct errors and learn more advanced stitches while making a scarf.   Bring a pair of size 8 or 10 needles and a skein of worsted yarn.  Instructor: M.
