Action Fitness for Asah Sharks

During the past 20 years there has been a dramatic increase in obesity in the US.  The latest studies show that 1 in 3 children are either overweight or obese - that's a 300% increase in the past 2 decades.  Action Fitness is dedicated to helping combat this nationwide epidemic and to making a difference in the community.  Pre-K students will work on building muscle tone and coordination through a combination of aerobic, martial arts and gymnastic exercises and drills.  Lessons will also be on improving focus and listening skills in order to build a foundation for kindergarten and beyond.  Price includes 12 sessions.  Please call Michael at 215-637-6701 for more information.

Time: Tuesdays, 4:35pm-5:05pm and Thursdays, 5:15pm-5:45pm

Where: Tuesdays @ New Life Christian, Almshouse Road; Thursdays @ Big Brothers/Big Sisters, York Road

Cost: $120 for residents
$144 for non-residents
