Cooking with Books

This program is geared to younger children and incorporates great children's literature such as If You Give a Moose a Muffin, Stone Soup, Jamberry or Pete's a Pizza with the science of cooking.  Each class will consist of reading a children's lierature book, discussing the book, a cooking activity related to the story and eating their creation.  Parents are welcome to stay, but encouraged to drop their child off.  There is a $5 materials fee due to the instructor on the first day of class.

When: Wednesdays, February 9 - March 16

Time: 1:15pm - 2:30pm

Instructor: Paula Etgen, BS in Psychology and MS in Reading

Cost: $82 for residents
$98 for non-residents

Ages: 3 - 6 years old and potty trained
