WARMINSTER TOWNSHIP, PA — The Greater BucksMont Chamber of Commerce has two new board of directors.

The chamber has announced that Robyn Kotzker and George Zauflik have joined the board.

Kotzker is an attorney and the founder of Robyn Kotzker Law, PLLC, where she assists businesses and nonprofits in structuring their legal and compliance frameworks.

She began her career in private practice representing mid-sized businesses and Fortune 500 companies in complex commercial litigation, employment, and intellectual property matters.

Kotzker is a resident of the Philadelphia area and earned her bachelor’s degree (summa cum laude) from the University of Pennsylvania and her juris doctor degree (cum laude) from Temple University Law School. She has been recognized multiple times as a "Super Lawyer" by Philadelphia Magazine and is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania.

Zauflik is the Vice President of Corporate Relations for Christ’s Home, a position he has held since 2019.

Located in Warminster, Christ’s Home is a nonprofit ministry serving seniors and disadvantaged children since 1903.

Before his current position, Zauflik served as the Senior Vice President of Compliance and Government Relations for Cardone Industries, an automotive parts remanufacturer.

In 2008, Zauflik was appointed to the U.S. Department of Commerce International Trade Advisory Committee by former Commerce Secretary Carlos Gutierrez and reappointed by Commerce Secretary Wilbur Ross in 2018.

He is a frequent lecturer on compliance, ethics, and development programs. Zauflik and his wife Donna, live in Bucks County, and are active in their church and the community at large.
