40 Years Of Service Recognized For Hartsville Firefighter
Warminster Township Supervisors provide a proclamation to Hartsville Fire Co. volunteer Lynn Kirkner for her dedication and devotion.

WARMINSTER, PA —Lynn Kirkner has served as a volunteer firefighter for the Hartsville Fire Co. for four decades.
That service was recognized by the township's Board of Supervisors, who honored Kirkner with a proclamation at its meeting Thursday night.
"The supervisors and the community recognize, honor and thank Lynn for her leadership and valor in protecting the community," Supervisors Chairman Kenneth Hayes read from the proclamation.

"We are proud of Lynn and privileged to have her as part of our team," supervisors said. "Congratulations on this outstanding accomplishment."
Kirkner has served for 40 years as a volunteer firefighter, helping to mentor new firefighters along the way, Hayes said.

"It's wonderful to have a woman as a volunteer firefighter," he said. "We're hoping more women join the department."
