WARMINSTER, PA —A home improvement outlet is expected to relocate to the township sometime over the next two months.

Your Home Outlet announced on its Facebook page that it is expanding and moving into Warminster Plaza.

Owner Paul Schenk said that when he started the company in 2012, "I’ve always dreamt of growing over time into a retail storefront. At that time, it seemed like a long shot, but it’s always been the goal."

Schenk had posted in mid-December that the relocation was two to three months away.

He said the storefront will be located at 654 York Rd, which is four miles from its current location on County Line Road in Huntingdon Valley.

That store will remain open and will continue getting new inventory up until the grand opening in Warminster.

Your Home Outlet is a retailer for new, "like new," and used items for your home marked down below retail price. Items come directly from major retailers and liquidators.

At 50,000 square feet, the new store is four times larger than the Huntingdon Valley location, Schenk said.

He said there will be some additions to the new store, including:

  • More inventory, within all categories at the same time
  • Loyalty rewards
  • New product categories
  • Local delivery
  • Extended retail hours
  • Positions available (more details coming soon)

"This journey has been a whirlwind of emotions, but also some of the best days of my life," Schenk said. "To my staff, thank you for putting in hard work every single day and driving this business to new levels (I know some of our customers cherish you just as much as I do). To our customers, whether from day 1 or just stopped in once, thank you! Your word of mouth and continued support has made all of this possible."
