Jackson's Heroes 5K Remembers Toddler, Teaches Swimming
Participants are encouraged to dress up as superheroes for the 5K and fun run, which is set for Sunday in Warminster.

WARMINSTER, PA — A 5K and fun run set for Sunday in Warminster aims to remember a toddler gone to soon as well as help other children learn to swim.
The 3rd Annual Jackson's Heroes 5K and Family Fun Walk/Run is set for Sunday morning. The race is in memory of Jackson Silas Cole who, in 2016, tragically died by drowning at the age of 3.
Proceeds from the race will benefit Central Bucks Family YMCA's second-grade swim initiative — a program that works to ensure all local second graders have access to swimming lessons. At the Y, children learn and practice new swim skills that last a lifetime and swimmers of all ages, as a result of the YMCA’s emphasis on water safety, become more comfortable and secure around water.
