Local teen organizes "Comfort Kit Drive" for local Police Departm
Find out how you can help
Warminster teen Luke Sliwinski, creator of the Operation Ward 57 Honor & Courage Program is spearheading a Law Enforcement Comfort Kit Drive in Warminster, PA!
When Police Officers are responding to a call where children are present and are scared or being removed, they like to supply them items that may help bring comfort. Most police departments don’t have comfort kits for officers to give on tough calls. Especially the smaller departments don’t really have a budget for these, yet these days, they could use them. Our goal - create as many kits as we can to distribute.
"Supporting our Police Officers is very important to me. This is a great way to support Police Departments and also children in our communities" said Luke.
