Police in Bensalem Township said they received a similar complaint that occurred at the local Target in February. In that incident, a 13-year-old girl was shopping with her mother when she was inappropriately touched by a man as he walked by her in the store, police said.

A preliminary hearing was held Wednesday. Macht will be arraigned on July 6, court documents show.
