Officers discovered Fisher had outstanding warrants for previous drug-related arrests, including in June 2016, when police said he was found injecting heroin in a parked car on York Road. In January, Warminster officers said they found Fisher in a car in a business parking lot on Street Road with more than 140 bags of heroin and pills. And on April 1, Fisher was found in possession of numerous bags of heroin and pill, police said.
