Man Touched Himself In Warminster Walmart: Police

WARMINSTER, PA — Police are asking for the public's assistance after they said a man put his hands down his pants and touched himself in public at a Walmart in Warminster.

The incident occurred on Saturday, July 23, at 4:15 p.m.

Police said the man was acting in a "sexual manner."

When authorities arrived at the scene, the man was not found.
