Man Tried To Rape Teen In Street Road Apartment: Warminster Police
A 28-year-old Warminster man has been charged after attempting to rape a 17-year-old female on Tuesday, police said.

WARMINSTER, PA — A Warminster man has been charged after attempting to rape a 17-year-old female in an apartment building along the 100 block of East Street Road Tuesday, police said.
According to police, Johneil Lee Figueroa-Gonzalez, 28, approached the teen in a common area of the building around 1:30 p.m. and grabbed her by the arm, pulling her inside of his apartment.
Once inside the apartment, he attempted to rape her, police said. She was able to escape and call the police.

Figueroa-Gonzalez was apprehended a short time later by the Warminster Police and charged with criminal attempt to commit rape and related charges.
He was arraigned and sent to the Bucks County Correctional Facility in lieu of $50,000.00 bail.
