How powerful were the wind gusts that hit local communities Monday? The National Weather Service has the information.
BUCKS COUNTY, PA ā Powerful storms on Monday brought severe winds to Bucks County and the surrounding area, causing widespread power outages and bringing down trees and electrical wires.
A tornado watch was also in place for the entire county all day Monday, as well as severe thunderstorm warnings.
However, it does not appear that a tornado touched down in the immediate area.
