MONUMENT BANK OPENS LENDING OFFICES IN WARMINSTER

Loan and residential mortgage team brings "Service Beyond Expectations" to new location

Monument Bank is pleased to announce the opening of its Residential Mortgage Division and Commercial Lending Offices in the Warminster Corporate Center at 65 West Street Road, Suite A201, Warminster, Pa.

The Residential Mortgage Division, headed by Christopher Washel, Vice President, offers competitive interest rates, flexible mortgage plans, multiple down payment options and other programs to fit every borrower’s needs. The complete mortgage process, from application to funding, is done at the Warminster location. Washel has worked in banking since the early 1990’s and joined Monument Bank in 2015. He and his family reside in Downingtown, Pa.

Joining Washel in the Residential Mortgage Division is James Trauger, Senior Mortgage Consultant. Having worked for a number of years as a Senior Mortgage Originator, Trauger is well-versed in the mortgage process and can help borrowers navigate their way to a new home. Before working in banking, Trauger was a partner in a construction company and was the assistant director at a conference center and camp for young people. He lives with his family in Doylestown, Pa.

The Commercial Lending Office, headed by John Hosey, Vice President, offer various types of loans, personalized to fit the business needs of the borrower. Hosey has 40 years of broad based management experience in commercial, consumer, construction and real estate credit and lending. Before working in banking, Hosey served in the U.S. Navy as a Communications Officer. He lives with his family in Churchville, Pa.
