National Giving Alliance Hosts Benefit to Help Homeless
The National Giving Alliance, helps homeless and low-income families and individuals in need, invites the community to a fun night out!

Nearly, 4 in 10 children under the age 18 live in poverty. Last year in Bucks County, the National Giving Alliance(NGA) helped hundreds of homeless children and families in-need with a gift of new warm winter coats and gloves, plus more. NGA believes that new clothes equalize, used clothes pauperize.
"Poverty exists in all communities and Bucks County is no exception," says Lisa Tordo, Executive Director at NGA. “Many of those we serve are working poor. The federal government provides safety net programs for food and shelter, but not for clothing. We help them bridge the gap by providing items they need. "

On Friday, November 15, 2019, NGA will host a night of fun, food and dancing at The Fuge with music by Barefoot Bobby and The Breakers. Tickets include appetizers, Asian and pasta stations, and a decadent donut dessert table. Cash Bar, raffles and a whole lot of FUN! All proceeds support NGA's mission, serving local homeless and low-income children, women and men in need. Reserve your tickets here today.

Since 1885, the NGA has helped many children and families faced with dire circumstances. NGA knows the transformation that takes place when children and adults receive gifts of NEW clothes, household items and toiletries. In 2018, more than 190,000 individuals received new items, like these – necessities not luxuries.
