Police ID Warminster Woman Allegedly Involved In Fatal Hit-And-Run In Buckingham

Police have released the names of the victim and driver in Thursday's fatal hit-and-run on Rt. 202 near Peddler's Village.

Police have identified the 31-year-old man killed Thursday afternoon in a hit-and-run while walking along Rt. 202 near Peddler's Village.

Fernando Tenesaca Zuna, from the Lahaska section of Buckingham Township, was found deceased along the 5700 block of Rt. 202 around 2 p.m. The striking vehicle did not stop and was seen driving north on Route 202, Buckingham Township Police said.

The driver of the car has been identified by police as Christina Kuzak, 52, of Warminster.

Witnesses from the scene provided police with a description of the striking vehicle, and police located Kuzak driving on Rt. 179 in New Hope. She was the only person in the car.

Kuzak was transported to Doylestown Hospital for further investigation.

The incident closed a portion of Rt. 202 as authorities investigated.

The following departments assisted at the scene: Solebury Township Police; Midway Fire Co; and Central Bucks EMS.

The investigation into the accident is ongoing. Buckingham Police ask witnesses to call them at 215-794-8812.
