Police Seek Man Who Robbed Warminster Business With Box Cutter

Breaking: Police in Warminster are searching for a man who robbed a York Road business Wednesday evening using a box cutter.

WARMINSTER, PA —Police in Warminster are seeking a man who robbed a York Road business Wednesday evening, threatening an employee with a box cutter.

The incident happened at 6:15 p.m. at 288 N York Road. A white male entered the business and went behind the register while the employee was outside attending to a customer, police said.

When the employee came back into the store, he was confronted by the suspect, who was armed with a box cutter, according to police.

The suspect stole boxes of cigarettes from behind the counter before fleeing west on 9th Avenue from York Road, police said.

The suspect is described as being in his mid 20s to early 30s. He was wearing dark hoodie, blue shorts with white dots, and wearing low cut black sneakers with white socks pull up to his knees.
