Police: Warminster Fraudster Used 'Sleight Of Hand'
The man distracted a clerk and only ended up paying about half the price of $1,000 in gift cards, according to police.

WARMINSTER, PA — Police in Warminster are asking for the public's help to catch a man they say used sleight of hand to only pay about half-price for $1,000 worth of gift cards.
The fraud happened on Thursday at the ShopRite supermarket on Street Road in Warminster. Police say the man and a woman bought five $200 Vanilla gift cards at the store with cash.
The man, whom police describe as an Asian male in his 50s, "utilized sleight of hand and distraction techniques" to make it seem like he'd paid full price when he actually only paid about half the price of the cards, police say.
