Pothole Repairs Planned This Week In Lower Bucks Co.

PennDOT maintenance crews will be out throughout the region making repairs after a rough winter that tore up roads.

LOWER BUCKS COUNTY, PA — The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation said that maintenance crews will be working to repair deteriorated pavement on 30 state highways next week in Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Montgomery, and Philadelphia counties.

Since Jan. 1, PennDOT District 6 has received more than 5,049 customer concerns regarding potholes and has used more than 1,247 tons of asphalt across the five-county Philadelphia region.

Drivers are advised that periodic daytime lane closures and possible slowdowns will occur next week at the following locations:

  • U.S. 13 (Bristol Pike), Falls Township and Tullytown Borough
  • Galloway Road, Bensalem Township
  • Mechanicsville Road, Bensalem Township

Drivers are reminded to slow down in work zones and refrain from distracted driving to keep themselves and our workers safe.
