Property Manager Who Owned Warwick Company Charged With Stealing $330K
Helene Senior, the owner of Mark V. Realty, has been arrested on felony theft charges, Warwick Police said.
WARWICK, PA — A Doylestown Township woman has been charged with multiple felonies after authorities say she stole more than $330,000 from her customers by taking money from a business escrow account.
Helene Senior, 67, was charged Aug. 2 with theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property and related charges. Senior, the owner of a real estate management company, reportedly used clients' funds to pay her business expenses.
Senior, the owner of Mark V. Realty, took $338,494 out of an escrow account and used it for her personal business expenses, according to a report by The Intelligencer. According to that report, Senior said she intended to pay the money back but could not come up with the funds once she took the money out of the escrow account.

According to its website, Mark V Realty specializes in the sale, lease and management of industrial and commercial properties.

Court records show she waived her preliminary hearing. Her formal arraignment is scheduled fro Sept. 1.
