Registration Open for Warminster Pioneers
Online signups for football and cheerleading are ongoing and there will be an in-person sign-up event this Saturday.

Registration for Warminster Pioneers football and cheerleading is now open.
Parents of children between the ages of 5 and 15 can register online at www.warminsterpioneers.org or at an in person sign-up at Menchie’s Frozen Yogurt in Center Point Place on Street Road Saturday from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m.
“We are very excited to continue to build on the success that we had in 2012-2013 season,” said Warminster Pioneers President Melissa Gallagher. “Our 75 pound team made the playoffs and our 105 pound team was runner-up in the Keystone State League."

Gallagher said the competition cheerleading teams are continuing to have an excellent season with the pee wee team winning six trophies in six events, the juniors winning six trophies in six events and the senior team winning 10 trophies in 10 events. She said the senior team was also invited to participate in the U.S. Finals in Virginia Beach on May 3-5.
The Warminster Pioneers Youth Football and Cheerleading Association has been serving Warminster Township and the surrounding areas since 1961.

Organizers said the purpose of the program is to teach and develop the fundamentals of football and cheerleading at increasing levels of competition; to allow every child a chance to play or perform; and to provide a memorable, meaningful, and rewarding experience for all participants.
