Screaming, Cursing Man Charged With Public Drunkenness At Street Road Car Wash, Police Say

Police said he was leaning on a vacuum at Don's Car Wash and screaming and cursing at someone on his cell phone.

WARRINGTON, PA — A man who police say was loudly screaming profanities at a Warrington car wash was charged with public drunkenness Wednesday.

Police arrested Frances Montgomery, 59, of Kansas Road in Warrington at Don’s Car Wash on Street Road.

According to Warrington Police Chief Daniel Friel, Montgomery was leaning on a vacuum and screaming and cursing at someone on his cell phone.

Police were alerted to the situation after a neighbor called. When officers arrived, they heard the screaming, Friel said. Montgomery was issued a citation for public drunkenness and released to a friend, police said.
