Sesame Place Celebrating Mother's Day

MIDDLETOWN TOWNSHIP, PA — Sesame Place’s annual Mother’s Day Celebration returns with fun-filled ways to celebrate Mom this weekend.

The festivities include the Furry Friends “Mommy & Me” Dance Party, a Mother’s Day craft, and the Mother’s Day Dine with Elmo & Friends.

Meanwhile, crime-fighting superheroes Catboy, Owelette, and Gekko from PJ Masks will strike a super pose at Meet & Greets throughout the weekend.

These are some of the events planned:

For the special Mother’s Day Dine with Elmo & Friends, mothers can enjoy a buffet meal with furry friends and also receive a free flower.

There will also be a Furry Friends "Mommy & Me" Dance Party.

Moms can dance, sing, and groove along with your Sesame Street friends at this interactive dance party that celebrates moms, the ultimate dancing queens in all our lives.

The dance takes place at Oscar’s Wacky Taxi Stage. Space is limited and available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

A Mother's Day Craft for Kids will let everyone decorate, color, and create an adorable craft to create a personalized Mother’s Day gift.

The craft event takes place at Sesame Plaza from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. (The rain location is Abby's Backyard BBQ.)

The craft event is available on a first-come, first-served basis while supplies last.
