Shots Fired, Playground Fight Top Warminster Crimes
The Warminster Township Police Department has issued its blotter of recent criminal incidents.
WARMINSTER, PA —A playground fight and shots being fired in the speedway section of the township top the criminal incidents the Warminster Township Police Department has released in its blotter for the period of March 19 through April 1.
The criminal incidents include:
Retail Theft, Receiving Stolen Property, Possession of a Controlled Substance, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia Arrest —On March 19, police were dispatched to a retail theft that had just occurred. Police identified a subject who was found in the area on foot and matched the description. After investigating police charged the 69-year-old Philadelphia man with retail theft, receiving stolen property, possession of a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia. The theft occurred at the Giant Food Market located on Street Road in Warminster.

Strangulation, Simple Assault, Harassment Arrest —On March 22, police were dispatched to the speedway section for a disturbance. After investigating the altercation a 36-year-old Warminster man was charged with strangulation, simple assault, and harassment.
Public Drunkenness —On March 22, at around 2 a.m., police responded to the area of Greene Road and Prospect Road for a man who was laying on the ground next to the building. Upon arrival, police made contact with the subject and found the male to be intoxicated. The 35-year-old Hatboro man was cited for public drunkenness and taken to a local hospital for evaluation.

Firearms Offense, Recklessly Endanger and Related Offenses Arrest —On March 21, police investigated a shots fired call in the speedway section of the township. After investigation a 46-year-old man was charged with possessing a firearm without a license, recklessly endangering another person, possession of an instrument of crime, and propulsion of missiles/objects on a roadway for his alleged actions that evening.
Criminal Mischief and Disorderly Conduct Arrest —On March 25, police received a report of damage at a learning center located on Louis Drive. After investigation, a 14-year-old juvenile male was issued citations for criminal mischief and disorderly conduct.
Simple Assault and Harassment Arrest —Police responded to Newtown Road for the report of a disturbance. After investigation, a 23-year-old Warminster man was arrested for simple assault and harassment for his alleged actions during the incident.
Simple Assault, Harassment and Disorderly Conduct Arrest —On March 27, police responded to the 600 block of Louis Drive for an assault. Police investigated the matter and a 19-year-old Bensalem man was charged with simple assault, harassment, and disorderly conduct for his alleged actions during the incident.
Disorderly Conduct and Harassment —Police responded to a local apartment complex playground for a fight between multiple subjects. After investigation, a 13-year-old Warminster girl, a 17-year-old Warminster girl, and a 14-year-old Warminster girl were cited with disorderly conduct and harassment for their alleged actions during the incident.
Simple Assault, Harassment, and Disorderly Conduct Arrest —On March 27, police responded to the 300 block of Centennial Road for an incident. Police investigated the matter and a 16-year-old Warminster teenager was charged with simple assault, harassment, and disorderly conduct for his alleged actions during the incident.
Drug Possession, Drug Paraphernalia Arrest —Police investigated a suspicious vehicle that was found by officers on patrol in a township park after hours. Police investigated the matter and a 28-year-old Philadelphia man was charged with drug possession (small amount) and possession of drug paraphernalia.
