Stabbing, Domestic Violence Top Warminster Crimes

WARMINSTER, PA —A stabbing, and a domestic violence case were among the criminal incidents the Warminster Township Police Department reported in its blotter for April.

These are the criminal incidents:

Domestic/Simple Assault/Harassment —Officers were dispatched to 120 E. Street Road for a report of domestic violence. A 38-year-old victim was assaulted by her 43-year-old boyfriend. The boyfriend was charged with simple assault and harassment.

Aggravated Assault —Officers responded to Mercer Street for a report of a stabbing. The victim was transported to Abington Hospital while the defendant was arrested for aggravated assault and related charges then taken before Judge Chris O'Neill and bail was set at $150,000, and transported to Bucks County Prison.

Retail Theft —Officers responded to 300 York Rd. for a report of a retail theft. A 17-year-old man was cited for resisting arrest and numerous other charges.

Simple Assault —Officers responded to 300 E. County Line Road for a report of a domestic incident. A 32-year-old woman was arrested and cited for simple assault and harassment.

PFA Violation —Officers investigated a PFA Violation and a 56-year-old man was arrested and cited for violation of the PFA.

Disorderly Conduct — Officers responded to 600 Louis Dr. for a physical altercation between two women. Two 16-year-old women were cited for disorderly conduct.

Disorderly Conduct —Officers responded to 600 Louis Dr, for a report of a fight. An 18-year-old woman was cited for disorderly conduct and fighting.

Public Drunkenness —Officers responded to 675 E. Street Rd. for a report of two men asleep in a vehicle that was running. After an investigation, a 22-year-old man was cited for public drunkenness.

Public Drunkenness —While officers were investigating the above incident, it was determined that one of the male occupants of the vehicle was only 18 years old. Being under the legal drinking age, he was cited for purchasing, consuming, and possessing alcohol.

Reckless Endangering Another Person —Officer responded to Henry Avenue for a report of a vehicle that ran into a house. The accident is still under investigation. The driver of the vehicle was a 28-year-old male that was cited for Reckless Endangering Another Person.

Fireworks —Officers responded to Violet Road for a report of fireworks. After an investigation, a 60-year-old woman was cited for unlawful use of consumer fireworks.

Fraud —Officers responded to Street and Delmontroads for a report of an accident. A 63-year-old woman provided fraudulent vehicle information and insurance. The woman's driver's license was DUI suspended and she was required to have an ignition interlock on her vehicle. A warrant has been issued for her arrest.

DUI Accident —Officers responded to a Hit and Run Motor Vehicle Accident on Log College Drive. The Vehicle was located at Bristol and Brennan Drive. After an investigation, a 23-year-old female was arrested for DUI and numerous vehicle violations.

Retail Theft Arrest —On April 25, officers responded to 300 York Rd. for a report of a retail theft. A juvenile was arrested and taken to Bucks County Juvenile Detention Center.

Threats —Officers responded to 675 E. Street for a report of threats. A 56-year-old man was arrested and cited for terroristic threats and harassment.

Fraud —The complaint reported fraud via INDEED. The person applied for a job via INDEED and was contacted by a “Steven Charles,” who asked the person to download Google Teams for onboarding. During the onboarding, they were asked for personal banking information. They were then contacted by a local company directly at which time the person knew it was a scam.

Person with a Gun / Threats —On April 17, on Jacksonville and Veterans Way at 7:41 a.m., the complaint reported driving when he became involved in a road rage incident with the operator of a Blue Chevy Malibu. During the encounter, the operator of the Blue Chevy produced a handgun. The driver then fled the area.

Theft of Construction Equipment —On April 25, a complaint reported the theft of construction equipment from the site at 215 E. County Line Rd. The report stated that a walk-behind saw and jump jack compactor, total value of $6,800, was taken from the site. The investigation is continuing.

Fight / Disturbance —At 6:44 p.m. on April 28, police responded to 430 York Rd. for a fight in progress. The complaint reported a group of older teenagers involved in a water gun fight over a "Senior Assassin," which then turned into a fistfight between the groups. Both groups were gone upon arrival.
