Taco Bell Fight, Racial Slurs By Boss: Warminster Crimes

The Warminster Township Police Department has released its blotter of criminal incidents for August.

WARMINSTER, PA —Fights at Taco Bell and William Tennent High School were among the criminal incidents listed by the Warminster Township Police Department in its blotter for August.

These are the criminal incidents:

  • Officers responded to 40 Jacksonville Road for a report of trespassers. When officers arrived, they spoke to homeless individuals who had been previously advised that they would be cited for trespassing the next time they were found in the area. A 40-year-old man and a 37-year-old woman were both cited for criminal trespassing.
  • An officer on routine patrol observed a group of individuals in Szymanak Park at 200 E. Street Rd. around a vehicle and the park was closed. The officer observed a tray with drug paraphernalia and suspected marijuana in the rear floor area of one of the vehicles. The 21-year-old man was placed under arrest and transported back to police headquarters. The man was cited for possession of paraphernalia and possession of a small amount of marijuana.
  • While conducting speed enforcement, an officer observed a Kia on Newtown Road that was driving at excessive speed. The officer clocked the driver at 49 MPH in a 25 MPH zone. Upon stopping, the 45-year-old woman was suspected that she may be under the influence of drugs or alcohol. The officer administered a field sobriety test. It was determined by the failure of the test that she should be taken to the hospital for a blood draw. The Blood Alcohol Level will be determined after analysis. The woman was cited for speeding and DUI.
  • Officers were dispatched to Taco Bell for a fight in progress. Upon arrival, the suspect had left the area. After interviewing 2 employees it was discovered that a 43-year-old man had thrown trash out of his vehicle while waiting in the drive-thru. A Taco Bell employee had words with the driver of the vehicle regarding the trash and a fight ensued. The male driver was cited for Disorderly Conduct, Harassment, Littering, and Driving While Under Suspension. A male passenger was also cited for Disorderly Conduct.
  • A police officer stopped a vehicle on Street Road after observing it being driven at excessive speed and failing to maintain its lane of travel. The driver failed a field sobriety test and was taken back to headquarters. Blood was drawn for Blood Alcohol levels. The 20-year-old man was released to his parents. Charges are pending.
  • The complainant arrived at police headquarters to file a complaint against his boss for racial slurs and a physical altercation. After further investigation by officers, it was determined that the 30-year-old business owner would be cited for harassment/ physical contact.
  • William Tennent High School's principal called the police department to advise there had been an altercation at the school between two female students. An officer cited a 14-year-old female student for Harassment/Physical Contact and Disorderly Conduct/Fighting.
  • Police responded to headquarters for a report of a domestic argument in the parking lot. The couple met in the parking lot for a custody exchange and an argument ensued. The 37-year-old man was cited for harassment.
  • A male suspect was seen entering Warminster Heights by a police officer on patrol. The 16-year-old is known by the officer and is on the trespasser list for Warminster Heights. The officer notified the man's parents and a citation for Defiant Trespass was issued by mail.
  • A male suspect was seen playing basketball in Warminster Heights. The anonymous caller stated the man was on the Trespasser List for Warminster Heights and should be removed. The 16-year-old man left the area before the officer arrived. The man will be cited by mail for Defiant Trespass.
  • Three male suspects were seen walking through Warminster Heights. All three are on Warminster Height's Trespasser List and known to the police officer. The officer who observed them will be citing a 16-year-old, a 17-year-old, and an 18-year-old for defiant trespass.
  • Officers responded to York and Roberts roads for a report of a speeding and reckless driver. When officers arrived, the vehicle was in the middle of the road with a broken axle. After officers spoke to the 42-year-old female driver it was determined that she was driving under the influence. The woman refused the field sobriety test and a blood draw to determine alcohol levels.
