Tractor-Trailer Storage Plan May Impact County Line Road: Officials
Warminster will hold a public hearing on Wednesday. Hatboro officials said residents may be impacted.

WARMINSTER TOWNSHIP, PA —A permit providing truck and tractor-trailer storage on County Line Road will be the subject of a public hearing on Wednesday night.
But the hearing has drawn attention in neighboring Hatboro, where officials are notifying residents about its impact.
The Warminster Township Zoning Hearing Board will hold a public hearing at 7 p.m. Wednesday at 401 Gibson Ave.

V101 LLC seeks a variance from Section 27-1500 of the Warminster Township Zoning Code to permit the use of truck and tractor-trailer storage in the I-O Industrial-Office District when that is not a permitted use for property located at 101 E. County Line Rd, Hatboro officials said.
The Borough of Hatboro is announcing the application as it may impact residents of Hatboro residing on County Line Road and neighboring streets.

The board will consider any other business that comes before it in due course.
All interested parties may attend this hearing and will be allowed to be heard.
