Walmart Thefts, Heroin Arrest Top Warminster Crime Report
The Warminster Township Police Department released its police blotter of recent criminal incidents. Seven Walmart thefts were reported.

WARMINSTER, PA —
The Warminster Township Police Department reported arrests and criminal incidents in its police blotter for the period of Sept. 26 through Oct. 23.

- Catalytic Converter Theft Arrest —On 9/28/2022, police charged a 42-year-old man from Warminster with theft of catalytic converters from a business in the 100 block of York Road after an investigation was conducted and completed.
- Retail Theft Arrest — On 9/28/2022, Warminster Police were dispatched to Walmart for a report of a retail theft. A 39-year-old man from Horsham was charged with the theft of the items.
- Simple Assault Arrest —After completing an investigation, a 25-year-old man from Warminster was charged with simple assault that had occurred in August 2022 on the 1100 block of Brennan Drive.
- Retail Theft Arrest—On 10/2/2022, Warminster Police were dispatched to Walmart for a report of a retail theft. A 39-year-old woman from Philadelphia was charged with the theft of the items.
- Driving Under the Influence Arrest —On 10/2/2022, Police responded to the area of Countyline Road and Delmont Ave for a vehicle accident. One of the vehicle operators, a 57-year-old woman from Warminster, was found to be under the influence and arrested at that time for Driving Under the Influence.
- Retail Theft Arrest — After completing an investigation of a retail theft from Walmart, police charged a 48-year-old woman from Trevose with the theft of the items.
- Trespassing Arrest —On 10/4/2022, police responded to a local apartment complex for the report of a subject who had been previously told he was not to be on the property. Police charged the 21-year-old man from Warminster with defiant trespass.
- Retail Theft Arrest —Warminster Police were dispatched to Walmart for a report of a retail theft. After completing an investigation, a 40-year-old man from Southampton was charged with the theft of the items from 9/17/2022.
- Warrant Arrest / Drug Arrest —On 10/5/2022, police were dispatched to the 300 block of Kalmia Street for a possible civil issue. One of the parties, a 39-year-old woman from Warminster was found to have an outstanding arrest warrant out of another jurisdiction. Upon taking the woman into custody on the warrant and searching her, police found suspected heroin. The female was charged with drug possession by Warminster Police.
- Retail Theft —On 10/7/2022, Warminster Police were dispatched to Walmart for a report of a retail theft. After completing an investigation, a 53-year-old female from Churchville was charged with the theft of the items.
- Public Drunkenness Arrest—Police cited a male who was under the age of 18 with public drunkenness after police came into contact with him on Oct. 8 in the area of Devon Road. The juvenile was released to a parent who was called to the scene.
- Driving Under the Influence Arrest —Police stopped a vehicle for traffic violation(s) in the area of Countyline Road and Davisville Road on Oct. 8. The operator, a 40-year-old man from Philadelphia was arrested for Driving Under the Influence.
- Public Drunkenness Arrest — Police cited a 22-year-old woman with Public Drunkenness after police responded to a disturbance on Sept. 29 on the roadway in the area of Maple Street and came into contact with the subject.
- Drug Possession Arrest —A 19-year-old woman from Warminster was arrested for drug possession after police responded to the 800 block of E. Street Road on Oct. 9 for an alarm from a business. Upon checking the premise and grounds Police came into contact with the female who was found to be in possession of marijuana.
- Driving Under the Influence —On 10/13/2022, police observed a 44-year-old woman from Willow Grove commit traffic violation(s). Upon making contact with the driver and investigating, the woman was arrested for Driving Under the Influence.
- Simple Assault Arrest —On 10/15/2022, police responded to the Warminster Heights section of the township for a reported disturbance. A 73-year-old man from Warminster was charged with simple assault and harassment.
- Retail Theft Arrest —After completing an investigation, police charged a 37-year-old woman from Warminster and a 39-year-old man from Hatboro with retail theft from Walmart.
- Retail Theft Arrest —On 10/17/2022, Warminster Police were dispatched to Walmart for a report of a retail theft. After completing an investigation, a 47-year-old male from Willow Grove was charged with the theft of the items.
- Drug Possession Arrest —On 10/17/2022, around 3:58 a.m., Warminster Police stopped a vehicle for equipment and traffic violations. A 27-year-old man residing in Philadelphia was found to be in possession of a large amount of suspected narcotics and subsequently arrested and charged.
- Simple Assault Arrest —On 10/10/2022, around 2:40 p.m., Warminster Police were dispatched to a report of a fight in the area of the 100 block of Park Avenue. After investigation, charges were filed for Simple Assault, Disorderly Conduct and Harassment on a 40-year-old man from Norristown.
- Retail Theft Arrest —On 10/20/2022, Warminster Police were dispatched to the CVS Store located on York Road for a report of a retail theft. After completing an investigation, a 28-year-old man from Huntingdon Valley was charged with the theft of the items.
- Retail Theft Arrest / Warrant Arrest —On 10/20/2022, at 6:45 p.m., Warminster Police were dispatched to the Rite Aid Store located on York Road for a report of a retail theft. The suspect(s) had left prior to police arrival. Police conducted a search of the area and located a group of men at the bus stop on York Road. One man matched the description of the suspect involved in the retail theft. An investigation was completed, and the 38-year-old man from Philadelphia, who was identified in the retail theft, was arrested for the theft of the items. Another 29-year-old male from Aston, who was with the man was identified and found to have an active warrant for his arrest out of Philadelphia. Both were taken into custody.
- Retail Theft Arrest / Warrant Arrest —On 10/21/2022, at 1:12 p.m., Warminster police were dispatched to the Rite Aid Store located on York Road for a report of a retail theft. At this time, a 49-year-old woman out of Philadelphia was charged with the theft as well as found to have several warrants out of Philadelphia County, Bucks County, and Montgomery County. She was taken into custody at that time.
