Warminster Man Charged, Held On $1 Million Bail After Alleged Sexual Abuse Of 6 Year Old

The 73-year-old man is facing four felony charges, including involuntarily deviate sexual intercourse with a child.

A Warminster man is behind bars after being charged with variuos child sex crimes, according to reports and court papers.

Tony H. Carter, 73, of Warminster, has been charged with two felony counts of involuntary deviate sexual intercourse with a child; felony corruption of minors with the defendant over 18 years old; felony indecent assault of a person less than 13 years old; and felony unlawful contact with minors, sexual offenses, court records show.

Carter was remanded to the Bucks County Jail in lieu of $1 million bail after being arraigned on Dec. 13 by Magisterial District Judge Mark Douple, court records show.

According to 6ABC, Carter was arrested after an investigation into the alleged sexual assault of a 6 year oldthat occurred over a period of time this year.

Carter is scheduled to appear before Douple on Dec. 22 for his preliminary hearing, court records show.
