Warminster Man Sexually Assaulted Juvenile At Local Park: Police

WARMINSTER, PA — A 20-year-old Warminster man has been arrested for sexually assaulting a juvenile at a local park.

Fady Amir Shehata sexually assaulted a juvenile in April 2016 at a park near Downey Drive and Van Horn Drive, which is in the Warminster Heights neighborhood, Warminster Township Police said.

Shehata was arrested Thursday following an investigation that began in March.

He has been charged with indecent assault, a felony of the third degree, corruption of minors, a misdemeanor of the first degree and summary harassment.

Shehata was arraigned and held in the Bucks County Correctional Facility in lieu of 10 percent of $50,000.00 bail.
