Warminster Parks Closed Due Over Extreme Weather Conditions

Due to extreme weather, all Warminster Township Parks will remain closed through the end of the week, officials said.

WARMINSTER TOWNSHIP, PA — If you're planning on visiting one of the township's parks this week, you will need to wait a little bit.

Township officials said Wednesday that due to extreme weather conditions, all township parks will remain closed through the end of the week.

And with the forecast calling for another possible storm this weekend, residents may have to wait even longer.

The region was hit on Sunday with snow accumulations of between over six inches and over 10 inches in some Lower Bucks County communities.

On top of that, Bucks County is in a Code Blue for the rest of the week with frigid temperatures expected to last for several more days.

Warminster Township officials said they will reassess the park closures at the end of the week.
