Warminster Police Looking For Missing Teen

A 15-year-old has gone missing from the Valley Youth House in Warminster.

According to police, Chloe Loppe was last seen in the area of 5th and Roosevelt Blvd in Philadelphia after she jumped out of her school transport vehicle and ran away.

She is described as black female, 5'3", 176 pounds with brown eyes and brown hair. Loppe was last seen wearing a nose ring, Olney School uniform, grey leggings, black Nike shoes, red spaghetti tank top and grey head band.
