In November, Warminster signed a new trash and recycling contract with J.P. Mascaro & Sons. At the time, Schuster said the township held an open bidding process and that Mascaro was the low bidder.
Under the new contract, residents will get separate containers for trash and recycling. Among the responses to the new contract, some local residents have complained about having to pay Mascaro for those containers, as well as criticizing the service they've received over the years.
