Woman Who Fired Pistol Arrested On Christmas Eve: Police

A woman who police say fired a pistol after an argument was arrested on Christmas Eve in Warminster.

WARMINSTER, PA — A woman who police say fired a pistol after an argument was arrested on Christmas Eve in Warminster. Police say they were called to a residence on Kalmia Street at 11:30 p.m. on Dec. 23 for a report of an armed person.

Witnesses told officers a person they knew, later identified as 54-year-old Debra Dallatore, fired a pistol in their direction as they ran from the residence.

A police investigation revealed Dallatore fired a single round at the person after an argument. No injuries were reported and Dallatore surrendered to the Warminster Police without incident. The pistol was recovered, authorities said.

She was arrested early on Dec. 24 and charged with aggravated and simple assault, recklessly endangering another person and possession of an instrument of crime. She was arraigned and remained to the Bucks County Correctional Facility in lieu of 10 percent of $200,000 bail.
